Delete your account

You can delete your TOCTalk account and its data yourself, in the app, in under a minute. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Open the Profile tab

Sign in to TOCTalk and go to your profile.

Open Settings

From your profile, open the settings screen.

Tap Delete Account

Scroll to the bottom — it's the last item, in red.

Confirm

You'll be asked twice, because deletion is immediate and permanent. Then it's done, and you're signed out everywhere.

No longer have the app? Request deletion by email

Send it from the email address your account is registered under — we verify against that address and a real person processes every request promptly.

What happens to your data

Deleted immediately. A few things we're required to keep.

Deleted right away

Your account, profile, and login credentials; your posts, comments, photos, events, and marketplace listings; your reputation points, leaderboard entries, and preferences. Deletion cannot be undone.

Kept briefly

Operational log data is retained for up to 90 days. Messages you sent may remain visible to the other participant until they delete them.

Kept where required

Legal and safety records — for example moderation logs and feedback you submitted — may be retained where we're required to keep them, and longer where required by law. Full details in the Privacy Policy under “Data Retention”.
