Child Safety Standards

TOCTalk has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. These standards describe how we prevent, detect, remove, and report it. They apply to every surface of the service — posts, comments, photos, messages, events, marketplace listings, and profiles — on iOS, Android, and the web.

TOCTalk is a workplace community for adults. Our Terms of Service require every member to be at least 18 years old, and every member affirms at signup that they are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate content removal and account termination:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real or synthetic
• Sexualization of minors in any form — imagery, text, links, or innuendo
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to arrange contact with a minor
• Sharing links to, or directing others toward, any of the above

Every post, comment, and photo is reviewed before it is published — automated screening for sexual content and abuse runs first, and if that screening cannot run, the content is held for a person rather than published. This is backed by human review of flagged and reported content, deterministic content filters on private messages, and enforcement systems (strikes and suspensions) that remove violators.

Every piece of user content in TOCTalk — posts, comments, photos, messages, listings, and profiles — can be reported in the app without leaving the surface where it appears. Reports go to a human-reviewed moderation queue. Members can also block and mute any user instantly.

Child safety concerns can also be raised directly with us at support@toctalk.app, and they are treated as our highest-priority report category.

When we identify CSAE content or conduct, we act immediately:

• The content is removed and the account is terminated
• Apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law, and preserved as required for law enforcement
• We cooperate with law enforcement investigations and comply with all applicable child safety laws, including US federal reporting requirements
